Josh Paul

The most fulfilling aspect of my 30 years in professional baseball has been supporting my teammates in their development as players, their success as coaches, and their growth as individuals. As I continue my own journey, I’m eager to share the lessons I’ve learned with amateur players, parents, and coaches, helping them succeed in theirs.

Mental skills training is my passion. A clear direction magnifies effort. A simple routine reinforces skill acquisition. A balance of focus and awareness alleviates anxiety. The slightest adjustment in perception unleashes growth. Combined with well-designed physical training, sharp mental skills become a force multiplier for personal development.
